Your next Groundhogs service is almost here — we’re looking forward to giving your property the attention it deserves!
Here are a few quick reminders to make sure everything goes smoothly:
💳 Pay-as-You-Go Payment Processing
If you’re a Pay-as-You-Go client, your payment will be processed today to secure your spot.
⚠️ If your service is scheduled for Monday, your payment was processed on the Friday before.
🔐 Gate & Property Access
Please be sure to unlock all gates and ensure your lawn is free of debris and pet waste. If we can’t access a portion of your yard, we may need to skip it for safety and efficiency reasons.
🐶 Pet Safety
For the safety of your pets and our team, please keep animals indoors during service. Our treatments are pet-safe after drying, but we recommend waiting 3–4 hours before letting them outside.
🌦️ Weather Flexibility and Traffic Delays
We’re always keeping an eye on the weather! If your service is delayed due to rain or other conditions, we’ll notify you and automatically reschedule your visit.
🗓️ Rescheduling Policy
If something urgent comes up and you need to reschedule, please let us know more than 48 hours in advance. Our routes are designed to maximize efficiency — rescheduling is limited to emergency situations only.
