This isn’t a rushed sales pitch — it’s a real conversation designed to help you make the best decision for your lawn.
Here’s what we’ll cover in your 10–15 minute consultation:

• Review any problem areas you’ve mentioned (weeds, pests, thinning, etc.)

• Ask a few quick questions about your lawn’s history

• Explain our 5 core lawn treatment packages (and matching organic options)

• Review our 3 industry-leading guarantees and what makes Groundhogs different

• You’ll receive a written estimate for review via email

• Recommend the best-fit package based on your needs and property

• Discuss payment options (Pay in Full vs. Pay as You Go — discounts may be available)

👉 Tip: Try to be in a quiet spot during the call so we can focus and give you the best advice possible.

Once your consultation wraps up, here’s what you can expect:

• ✅ Once accepted and payment/payment method is secure, we’ll schedule your first service

• 📅 You’ll get email or text reminders the Saturday before every visit and the Day before as well

• 📝 We’ll follow each treatment with a detailed service summary (AKA: Lawn ScoreCard)

• 📸 You’ll see technician notes, applied products, and lawn health updates

• 💬 Have a question? Our team is always just a text, call, or email away

🌾 Vital Roots: “Most popular” (Lawn only)

Includes Rooted Basics PLUS core aeration, and a full soil analysis for deeper lawn health. This is where we begin dialing in the nutrients and promoting serious fall root growth. Deeper roots, more sustainable results!!!

🛡️ Lush Guard: “Absolute best value” (Lawn only)

Includes Vital Roots PLUS disease control and a mid-season lawn audit to prevent common summer stressors. Built for maximum protection and recovery!!!

🐾 Barefoot Luxury: (Lawn + Skeeter Deleter)

Includes Lush Guard PLUS Skeeter Deleter. Our All-natural mosquito control. This plan is where outdoor living and comfort collide!!!

🏆 The Showstopper: (Lawn + Beds + and Skeeter Deleter

Our most complete program! Includes Barefoot Luxury plus “Bed Head”. Our 7 round comprehensive landscape bed (mulch and stone) weed control and nutrient program.  —  Combining lawn, beds, and mosquito control with everything from disease suppression to ornamental care.

🌿 Organic Lawn Packages (Same Tiers, Natural Formulas)

We offer organic versions of each tier above, using biologically rich materials and iron weed control alternatives.

Perfect for families with pollinators, or simply looking for a more natural approach to lawn care.

• Pay in Full — One-time payment for the season (discounts often available!) (not applicable to individual services, packages only)

• Pay As You Go — Safely store your card on file and we bill the business day before each treatment is completed
