We believe in clear communication. That’s why we provide a 24-hour advance notice before every visit, so you’re always in the loop and can prepare as needed for our arrival.

Route Manager Connection

Know who’s caring for your lawn! Before we arrive, you’ll receive a notification with a picture of your dedicated route manager, their contact information, and a brief introduction. You’ll always have a direct line to your lawn care professional.

Treatment Transparency Report

Stay informed with our detailed post-treatment summary, sent after every visit. It includes a lawn scorecard, customized aftercare instructions, warnings, a list of products we used (complete with labels and SDS info), and recommendations for future services. If there’s anything specific we noticed during the visit, we’ll include helpful comments to keep you ahead of potential issues.

Complimentary Puppy Protection

Unlike others, we include season-long Flea and Tick treatments with every lawn plan—at no additional cost. This service, valued at $150 for a 5,000 sq. ft. lawn, ensures your lawn is safe for your pets and family without any hidden fees.

Disease Defense Advantage

All our lawn care packages come with a built-in disease control treatment during the peak month for turf diseases, helping to protect your lawn when it’s most vulnerable. For ultimate protection, our Lush Guard Package includes two extra disease control treatments: one the month before and one the month after the standard treatment.

Green-Lawn Guarantee

We promise your lawn will thrive with vibrant, healthy color. If it falls short, our experts will help to IDENTIFY the issue at no additional cost to you. Your lush, green lawn is our top priority!

Clean-Lawn Guarantee

We won’t let weeds take over your lawn. If you experience a weed outbreak 3 weeks after a treatment, we’ll re-treat the affected areas for free. A clean, weed-free lawn is always guaranteed. (It may take a full season with Groundhogs before all of your weeds are gone if you have a lot to start with)

Grub-Free Guarantee

Say goodbye to grubs and the damage they cause. If grubs infest your lawn more than 3 weeks after we apply our preventative, we’ll treat the problem at no charge. If turf damage occurs, we’ll repair up to 100 sq ft completely free, because your lawn’s health and beauty are our commitment.

First let me say that I am extremely particular about my lawn! (Golf Course look is my goal)

I hired Groundhogs Lawn Care mid-season after a quick spreading fungus attacked my lawn killing patches within days! My lawn needed immediate attention to rectify!

Groundhog’s Lawn Care did a site visit and after an extensive conversation, I knew I was hiring the right company! Their knowledge of general lawn care / proper fertilization and watering / fungus identification and correction / and aeration and proper seeding was immense!

Groundhogs took a dying lawn and turned it into a luxurious, thick, green envy! I couldn’t believe it!

Their customer service skills are far about the competition! (Old School) They promptly return phone calls, and answer all questions or concerns you have. I have even received callbacks on Sundays!!!

Flexibility is important! They have adjusted their schedule numerous times to fit mine! That’s HUGE and so difficult during the summer season while managing numerous other clients!

I would like to personally thank Heather, Dave, and Alex for making my life so much easier while creating a stunning lawn neighbors are envious over!! :) You are 10 steps ahead of any competition!! Keep up the great work!!!
