We use real soil data to grow stronger, healthier lawns. No guessing – just science.

CORE AERATION AND OVERSEED INFO

📅 TIMING: (8/18-11/27)

WHATS INCLUDED:

  • Extracts soil plugs to mitigate soil compaction.

  • Promotes enhanced moisture and nutrient absorption.

  • Enhances root development and diminishes thatch.

Important Preparation Notes

  • Irrigation Systems
Please flag all sprinkler heads before our visit.

    • If heads are properly flagged, the chance of hitting one is nearly zero.
    • If heads are not flagged, there is a 5–10% chance we may strike one. If this happens, please check your system after the service to see if a replacement is needed.
    • We are not liable for damaged heads unless our route manager runs over a properly flagged location.
  • Other Buried or Low-Profile Objects
We are not liable for any damage to items that are not visible and not flagged at the time of service. This includes:

    • Invisible dog fencing
    • City water caps
    • Septic tank covers or risers
    • Any other underground or low-profile items not marked before we arrive
  • Mowing
Please ensure your lawn is freshly mowed before our visit. Shorter grass helps the aeration machine avoid low-profile objects like rocks and stumps, and it improves the seed’s ability to reach the soil where it has the best chance to germinate.

About the Service

  • Core Aeration relieves soil compaction and allows more air, water, and nutrients to reach the root zone.
  • Overseeding introduces new, improved grass varieties for better color, density, and resilience.

Unless otherwise arranged, we use a 50/50 Kentucky Bluegrass/Perennial Ryegrass seed blend, chosen for its balance of quick germination and long-term durability.

AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS:

‼️ If possible, water lawn each day to assist with seed germination‼️

‼️ Inspect irrigation and underground fence wiring for potential damage ‼️

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Tiny cylinder shaped plugs from the soil will be littered all over the lawn
  • Plugs will break down over the next few weeks with weather and traffic
  • New grass will germinate in 7-21 days (Overseed Only)
  • Beneath the surface, roots will deepen and stretch and water retention at the roots will increase
