Each section lists treatment windows and full service details. You’ll also find which packages each service is included in at the bottom of every section.

🟢 LAWN TREATMENT ROUND 1 

📅 Dates: 4/1–4/21 (Alt. 4/22–5/15)

• 90-day controlled Release, Custom Blended Fertilizer, with guaranteed analysis

• Pre-emergent prevention and early post-emergent control of crabgrass

• Season-long control of crabgrass, goosegrass, foxtail, spurge and bluegrass annual (Poa annua).

• Season Long Grub Control

🔬 SOIL ANALYSIS

🔍 MID-SEASON LAWN AUDIT 

• Visit from a Turf Manager to perform an audit and report their findings on the state of the lawn

• Pull multiple core samples @ 6″ depth

• Look for underperforming areas of the lawn and come up with a plan to address

• Check for lawn disease and insect/rodent infestation
